Action Sequence
Did you read my post the other day entitled “Diet is the Name of the Game”? Well, guess what?! I have decided that in order to win this game, I should put on my running shorts and shoes. I am planning to run a few laps within our neighborhood just to start with my losing weight regimen. This would act as my warm up, a conditioning method that I will use to prepare my body on my next plans in losing weight like crunching my abs to tone it.
My plans are very simple and so easy to say but as for my body, it is very hard to do. I am not sure yet if I will be able to start immediately as I am still psyching myself into doing it. So far, I am already motivated to do it but the action sequence hasn’t started yet. So, I am hoping for more guts to start and get the laps counted soon!
