Hoping for a Healthier Lifestyle
Here I am again, staying up late and reading a lot of md clear reviews while waiting for my sleepiness to come. My lifestyle has dramatically changed ever since I became a blogger. I am mostly active at night and until the wee hours of dawn. Then when 8AM comes, I become sleepy and when I usually sleep at 11AM, I ended up waking around 5PM. So basically, I am more productive at night than in the mornings.
Anyway, I am planning to change this. But how? I couldn’t focus on my work during day time. I get too many distractions. An article that I can write in less than 30 minutes can be finished in half a day or worst, none at all!
I just hope that someday we could adjust on this and make my lifestyle better and healthier. Looking forward to accomplish this in 2011.
