My Waterloo: Strenuous Activities
If there’s one thing I don’t excel in, it would have to be overly strenuous activities. There’s something about rigorous physical activities and me that just don’t jive. That’s one reason why I don’t engage much in fat burning exercises and other forms of workouts. Instead of feeling rejuvenated after a workout, I usually end up feeling very tired to the point of being feverish.
It’s probably because I am not really used to extreme activities. Yes, I can work on some exercise routines as long as they are simple and won’t require too much effort on my part. But that’s about how far I can go. That may be the reason why I would rather spend on a few weight loss supplements to support what minimal exercise routine I have so I can indeed lose weight.
It’s really funny how some people consider school subjects and other things as their waterloos. But in my case, it’s doing something for myself, for my body, to ensure a healthy life. That’s one of the many ironies of life.
