Cleft or lip palate is a deformity that is common among newly born babies. One of these is a certain kind of virus. Another would be that the unborn baby has been at one time exposed to a certain kind of drug. Topamaxis a drug for migraine – its side effects could affect an unborn baby with a cleft or lip palate.
Since a cleft palate can affect greatly a child’s health and self esteem, it is important that it should be given proper medical attention. So if the parents are indeed convinced that the main cause for their child’s deformity is Topamax, they should take this to court and file a Topamax lawsuit.
